IMPORTANT! To continue our Associate Membership Participation with NCGA, we must submit a complete list of renewing members and delete all non-renewing members by December 28, 2009. Therefore, if you are planning to renew your DMGC/NCGA membership, please return the DMGC Membership Renewal form along with your payment to me no later than December 24th . This will allow me time to prepare the roster and get it to the NCGA by the deadline.

NCGA charges all late renewals a $10.00 reinstatement fee.

2. DMGC New Member with no 2009 NCGA card                                        $90
3. Transferring their NCGA membership from another club to DMGC            $90
